Summary: The function of the seminar (this book is a transcript the seminar) is to take up where others leave off and explain how to ride the inflation elevation three times or more so as to parlay your profits into a fortune by shrewdly switching from one leveraged inflation hedge to another at the proper times.

Contents: Transcription of the seminar at the Embassy Auditorium – Given by James H. Sibbet on September 14, 1966. The lecture is organized by first talking about the current stock market in 1966 and then he briefly surveys the economic and future stock market. Later he gives a more detail description and gives a brief resume of his mortgage book “Mortgages and Bonds Are In Jeopardy.” From there he provides and analysis of each of the inflation hedges separately, and then gives chronological analysis of the sequence of events and timing for each of the hedges followed by a summary. The majority of the content is from the Question and Answer Session and gives readers a front seat to the seminar. A great historical piece to observe inflation views, concerns and proposed solutions in the 1960s.
